Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days.
We only ship via priority mail through the United States Post Office. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details, and your order should arrive within 1-3 business days.
We DO NOT ship internationally.
Local Pickup is available with pre-approval. Please send an email to brooksboutiquetx@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping starts at $8.40 and increases by weight for orders under $125.
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $125 (amount before shipping, taxes, discounts, etc).
If a package is returned to us, we will initiate contact with you to verify the information on file. We will only re-send upon your request, and an additional shipping cost will be added.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
- Online store credit will be issued for all returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Returned items must be unworn, not washed, and all original tags must be attached.
- "Sale" items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available pending item availability and prior authorization via email to brooksboutiquetx@gmail.com.
If you have received a damaged item, you will need to email us at brooksboutiquetx@gmail.com within 3 days of your order's delivery date. Please include pictures and a brief description. Upon Return Approval, you will ship the item back at your expense. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we do not guarantee jewelry, shrinking, or fading.
