1. What is Brooks Boutique?

Brooks Boutique is a contemporary women's clothing and accessories online-only boutique based in Weatherford, Texas. We offer stylish and versatile fashion pieces for women of all ages and sizes, focusing on modest fashion with occasional fancy dresses.

2. What sizes do you carry?

We carry a wide range of sizes from Small to 3X, ensuring that women of all shapes and sizes can find something stylish and comfortable.

4. What are your shipping options?

We only ship priority mail through the United States Post Office. Most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, and once shipped, they should arrive within 1-3 business days. We do not ship internationally. Local pickup is available with pre-approval; please email us for arrangements.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping starts at $8.40 and increases by weight for orders under $125. We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 (amount before shipping, taxes, discounts, etc).

6. What is your return policy?

We offer online store credit for all returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be unworn, not washed, and all original tags must be attached. Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

7. Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are available pending item availability and prior authorization. Please email us at brooksboutiquetx@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 3 days of your order's delivery date at brooksboutiquetx@gmail.com. Include pictures and a brief description of the damage. Upon return approval, you will need to ship the item back at your expense. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a store credit and send a notification to the email provided. You can use the return code for future orders.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit and Debit Cards, as well as Store Credit.

We do not share your personal information with any unaffiliated third parties for their promotional purposes. We use third-party services such as payment processors and shipping agents to complete transactions, but they only have limited access to your personal information to help complete these transactions.
